Shipping Policy

Free In-Store Pickup

Orders placed online are available for same-day pickup when placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be available for pickup the next business day. Orders must be placed using the 'In-store Pickup' delivery method.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (printed or digital) when collecting your order.

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT
  • Sunday: Closed

Free Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for online orders during store hours. When you arrive, call the store or use the link in your pickup confirmation email to notify us, and we will bring your order to your vehicle. This is only available if you selected 'In-store Pick-up' as your delivery method during checkout.

We ship all parcel orders via FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.

For very large orders over 150lb or 27ft³m your order will be shipped via Freight.

Handling Time

All orders that require shipping are processed within 0-1 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not guarantee shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations (unless otherwise specified).

Shipping Cutoff Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events). Transit time begins once the order has been handed off to FedEx and does not include handling time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not guarantee shipment to P.O. Boxes due to package dimensions limitations.
  • Some oversized or heavy items (e.g., server equipment, extremely large monitors) may require special shipping arrangements and may incur additional fees. You will be notified before checkout if additional charges apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@simplifiedcomputers.com. We will work with FedEx to file a claim and, if possible, arrange a replacement or refund.
