Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Simplified Computers. Most items are covered by our hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of purchasing or receiving your item. Some product types have a shorter return window or special terms based on the nature of the product — the policy that applies to each item is shown on the product page.
Return Windows
Standard 30-Day Return
Most items in our catalog can be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt for a full refund. We don't charge a restocking fee unless the item or packaging is damaged/worn.
14-Day Return — hygiene-sensitive items
Headphones, earphones, headsets, earsets, smartwatches, wearable gadgets, wearable technology, and VR / 3D glasses have a 14-day return window due to hygiene and resellability considerations. Items must be in unworn original condition.
30-Day Return with 15% Restocking Fee — high-value devices and furniture
Certain higher-value items are returnable within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This applies to:
- Desktop and laptop computers, servers, workstations, tablets, and thin clients
- Monitors and touchscreen displays
- Printers (including 3D, multifunction, label/receipt, large format, laser, and inkjet)
- TVs, projectors, A/V receivers, and home theater systems
- Office furniture (chairs, desks)
- UPS units, server racks, server components, network attached storage, and enterprise SSDs
- Other items as indicated on the product page
The 15% fee is calculated against the item sale price (excluding tax and shipping). Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Software once opened or activated (boxed, OEM, or licensed), operating systems, antivirus, business applications, and software suites
- Services, repair labor, diagnostics, support and maintenance, sessions, and complimentary services (Repair services are warrantied for 30 days)
- Fees, finance fees, delivery, and booking fees
- Warranties and service contracts
- Gift cards
- Subscriptions and subscription fees
Some specialty items (indicated on the product page) are returnable only if the item is defective. See the product page or contact us for details.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- If the item is not in its original condition and we accept the return, you may be charged a restocking fee.
- You must possess the receipt or proof of purchase for the item.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Item is not classified as a "Non-Returnable Item" (see above).
Initiating a Return
In-Store Return: Come in during store hours to have your eligible return or exchange initiated by our in-store sales associates.
Online Return: Please contact us at sales@simplifiedcomputers.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to return the package.
- The shipping fee may be subtracted from the refund.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We take quality control seriously. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly notify us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it to your satisfaction. Defective items reported outside the standard return window may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty — contact us to discuss.
Repair Service Warranty
All repairs performed by Simplified Computers and any parts installed during a repair service are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date the service is completed. If the original issue returns or an installed part fails within that window, contact us and we will rework the repair or replace the part at no additional charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
