We will arrive at your local residence to pick up the device at the time you schedule.

Once the device is diagnosed by our tecehnicians, you will receive a quote via email for the cost of the repair.

After you approve the quote, the technicians will finish your repair.

After you pay for the repair, we will schedule the drop-off time at your convenience.

(Both pickup and drop-off are included in price, but repair labor and parts are not)
