This surge protector supports a variety of PoE standards, including IEEE 802.3af (15W), 802.3at (30W) and 802.3bt Type 4 (100W). It supplies power to compatible PoE devices, such as outdoor IP cameras, wireless access points (WAP) on ceilings or rooftops, and digital signage equipment. This saves you the expense and effort of purchasing, connecting and installing individual power supplies for each device.
