Category 3 ISDN/Telephone Patch Panels shall be pre-configured for 2-pair, 2-line voice applications. The front of the patch panel shall feature RJ45 ports, grouped in five or ten, depending on port density, with pins 4 and 5 active in each port. The back of the patch panel shall feature a printed circuit board with IDC connectors and integrated punchouts to accommodate cable management and grounding.
