Epson UltraChrome DG2 ink has been designed for direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing. While the printer incorporates a number of self-cleaning and self-maintenance functions, periodic high-level cleaning may be required. Cleaning liquid is used to perform this process and may additionally be used to empty ink lines prior to equipment transfer or extended shutdown.
Epson cleaning liquid features a formulation that is Diethylene Glycol-free to ensure a safer work environment for operators. It has been specially formulated for use with Epson DTG printers running with Epson DG2 ink.
