The same dock when connected to a USB-C laptop will also support dual 1080P monitors along with all the other downstream ports and charge the laptop with 60W of power.

Ultra High-Definition Dual Display
The TURBO dock supports dual monitors with 4K@60Hz via the twin DisplayPort outputs when connected to a Thunderbolt 3 enabled laptop. It will also support dual monitor with 1080p resolution or a single 4K@30Hz monitor when connected to a USB-C enabled laptop.
