Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at our computer store, you will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your role will focus on assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating product features, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. While you will not perform repairs or provide advanced IT support, your knowledge of our products and services will help you effectively guide customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in finding the products and services that best suit their needs. Provide information on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Promote current sales, promotions, and store loyalty programs to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Product Demonstration: Demonstrate the features and benefits of various computer systems, accessories, and other tech products. Help customers understand how to use the products effectively.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions using the store's point-of-sale system. Handle customer payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to store policies.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Assist with stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing regular inventory checks.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any questions or concerns. Provide after-sales support by coordinating with the technical team for any service-related queries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, including technicians and management, to provide a seamless customer experience. Share product knowledge and insights with the team to improve overall store performance.
  • Learning and Development: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest technology products and trends. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.


  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in electronics or computer-related products, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
