The HDM Cassette 5x MPO-8 to 40x LC/APC is a high-density fiber breakout module engineered for use within HDM modular rackmount panel systems. Designed for seamless integration into HDM rackmount panels, this cassette enables rapid deployment and simplified migration from parallel MPO base-8 architectures to duplex LC/APC connectivity. As part of the broader HDM cassette and adapter plate ecosystem, it is fully interchangeable with other HDM modules, allowing flexible connector strategies within a single chassis. The breakout cassette has rear MPO access broken out to LC/APC in the front. The rugged metal enclosure provides enhanced impact resistance and long-term reliability compared to traditional plastic cassette designs, making it well suited for data center, service provider, and enterprise environments.
